Landlord & Tenant

SLS specializes in Landlord and Tenant matters and has extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (the “RTA”). The Act sets out the minimum rights and responsibilities of both Landlords and Tenants in Ontario and failure to comply may result in remedies ordered against you.
